1. Booking Policies
1.1 Bookings can be made for hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly durations, depending on the availability of the workspace.
1.2 Full payment is required to confirm a booking.
1.3 Any changes to bookings must comply with our cancellation and rescheduling policy (see Section 4).
2. Workspace Usage
2.1 Workspaces are to be used only for professional purposes. Illegal activities or inappropriate behavior are strictly prohibited.
2.2 Guests are responsible for the care and maintenance of the facilities and amenities during their booking period.
2.3 Damages caused by the user will be assessed, and repair or replacement costs will be charged.
3. Amenities and Services
3.1 Amenities provided include high-speed internet, parking, video conferencing facilities, TV/monitors, and whiteboards.
3.2 Availability of amenities is subject to the terms of your booking and may vary by workspace type.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
4.1 Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booking start time will receive a full refund.
4.2 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking start time will be charged 50% of the total booking cost.
4.3 Rescheduling is permitted based on availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
5. Code of Conduct
5.1 All users are expected to maintain a professional environment and respect other users of the facility.
5.2 Noise levels should be kept to a minimum to avoid disrupting others.
5.3 Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited on the premises.
6. Liability
6.1 Tisslow is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
6.2 Users are advised to secure their valuables and maintain appropriate insurance coverage, if necessary.
7. Modifications to Terms
7.1 Tisslow reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
7.2 Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
